Home air conditioning installation

Air conditioning installation, designed around your home.

Across Berkshire and surrounding areas, we assess each room, agree suitable indoor and outdoor positions, then put the equipment, routes, assumptions, exclusions and price into one written quote.

What your quote includes.

Your written scope should identify the proposed equipment and the work included. Any change should be agreed in writing before it affects the price or programme.

From survey to switch-on.

  1. Step 1

    Survey

We gather room dimensions, use, glazing, orientation and practical constraints. A site visit may be needed before the design is final.

  2. Step 2

    Design and scope

We propose equipment, locations and routes, then set out the included work, assumptions, exclusions and price in writing.

  3. Step 3

    Install

Once the scope and schedule are agreed, the system is installed with attention to protection, access, pipework and condensate routing.

  4. Step 4

    Handover

The completed system is checked, controls are explained and the relevant commissioning and warranty information is handed over.

The paperwork lives in My21Aircon, not in a scattered email chain.

Send the initial details and photographs securely, review the exact quote revision and terms, sign electronically, confirm the proposed appointment, then keep the invoice, installation report, equipment and warranty records together.

What changes the price.

A reliable price needs a defined design and scope. These are the main variables we confirm before quoting.

Rooms and equipment

Heat load, number of rooms, system type, controls and the selected manufacturer and model.

Routes and services

Pipe length and finish, condensate drainage, electrical work and the indoor and outdoor locations.

Access and boundaries

Working height, scaffold or lifting needs, permissions, parking, making good and other agreed exclusions.

Start with the essentials

Tell us about the rooms you want to condition.

Prepare the room sizes and possible equipment positions, then carry those details into a secure My21Aircon request. 21Aircon reviews the property before issuing a binding quote.

Commissioning and warranty details in writing.

The handover records the checks completed and explains how to operate the system. Your quote and handover documents should also state the equipment warranty, any workmanship cover, their conditions and how to report a problem.
