These terms cover using this website, the quotes and work we provide, and the Comfort and Comfort+ maintenance plans.

Using this website

Prices, timings and figures on this site are indicative and for general guidance. The online estimate is a budget range, not a fixed quote or a heat-load calculation. A firm, itemised quote follows a free survey.

Quotes and work

  • Your itemised quote sets out the agreed scope. We aim to invoice to match the agreed scope; genuine extras or changes you ask for, or conditions that could not be seen before work started, are agreed with you in writing first.
  • Warranty: a [5]-year workmanship warranty and the manufacturer's own equipment warranty apply. [CONFIRM COVER, PARTS AND LABOUR TERMS.]

Comfort and Comfort+ plans
