What we collect

- Estimate photos: if you upload room or outdoor-unit photos to the estimate tool, we receive those images.
- Marketing source: the campaign or referrer that brought you to the site, attached to your enquiry.
- Analytics: with your consent, aggregated usage data via Google Analytics (see our cookie policy).
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey and provide a quote: our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
- To provide and support any work you book: performance of our contract with you.
- To improve the website through analytics: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
Enquiries submitted through the website are delivered to us using Web3Forms, a form-delivery processor, and estimate photos may be stored using Cloudinary. Address lookups use getAddress.io. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a customer, for as long as we are required to for the work and our legal obligations. [CONFIRM RETENTION PERIODS.]
